"Sara and her coaching program are the best thing that’s happened to me. Not only did it open the doors to law of attraction but with Sara’s help and expertise I was able to quickly manifest important changes in my life, that I had been wanting for years. Now I've gained so much clarity, and confidence.

During the program I even manifested new business opportunities, and discovered my passion to develop myself as a coach. With the tools Sara’s taught me, I am seeing more of my dreams come true. Her unique ability to understand your needs, and skill in helping you gain what you want, is priceless. I am so grateful for her as today I am in a much better place in my life. Thank you Sara!!"

Learn more about Your Coach

Ten years ago, a cervical cancer diagnosis fractured Sara's world. Fear, shame, and depression threatened to engulf her. Yet, amidst the darkness, a spark ignited. Her fight wouldn't just be for her survival; it would become a blazing torch, illuminating the path for others facing their storms.

Today, Sara stands as a testament to the transformative power of resilience. As a top executive coach, motivational speaker, and certified yoga instructor, she guides thousands and equips leading organizations to cultivate lives of greater mindfulness, inclusivity, health, and fulfillment.

However, her journey was not a straightforward climb. From her fiery youth as a competitive athlete and karate black belt, she transitioned to the world of architecture, shaping not just physical spaces but also her inner landscape. Then came the invisible storm, cancer a consuming adversary demanding a new kind of strength she hadn't known. She not only had to fight for her life but embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery and healing to

transform her mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Sara's unwavering commitment to health and well-being extends far and wide. Founding Boco Life Consulting, becoming an ICF-certified executive coach, yoga teacher trainer, and volunteering with NGOs, she empowers MENA youth and countless others to reach their full potential. Her dedication has been recognized through prestigious awards, including accolades from HRH Prince Saud bin Naif, the United States President, for academic excellence and the Research, Innovation, Science & Engineering Award at Northeastern University.

Accolades are milestones on a path paved with purpose. Sara's reward lies in witnessing the transformations she inspires. In John C. Maxwell's words, "Change is inevitable, but growth is optional". The legacy Sara strives to leave behind: a world where women's health isn't shrouded in fear and shame but grows into a space where women feel celebrated, supported, educated, and empowered to prioritize their well-being.

"I found Sara at the right time in my life...

Sara showed me how to self-heal, move forward in life, how to put all of my priorities in one path and changed many of my beliefs. I felt reborn! I began to believe in myself and realized that I have power inside me to manifest my goals and dreams and Sara helped me to use that power.

Since working with Sara, a lot of amazing things have happened. I now understand the magic of meditation and am more aware of the messages I receive in life. I’m more conscious of what's happening around me and in my dreams and am able to connect the dots of what everything means.

I was able to manifest big things!

I got a promotion! It was my goal to get a promotion, and I received one when I least expected it. I’ve also manifested an expensive necklace I saw at the store. My husband bought me the necklace, but he had no idea that I wanted that specific necklace! More Miracles keep happening in my life and I'm so grateful and blessed to have her as my coach"

MYTH #1

Coaching is only for people who are struggling

Coaching is not just for people who are struggling. In fact, coaching can be beneficial for anyone who wants to take control of their lives and make a change. Whether you're feeling stuck in your career, struggling to find your purpose, or simply looking for a way to live a more fulfilling life, coaching can help you to achieve your goals.

MYTH #2

Wellness is just about eating healthy and exercising

Though these certainly can help, wellness is definitely not just about eating healthy and exercising. It's also about taking care of your mental and spiritual health. When you're physically healthy, you're better able to handle stress and make healthy choices. When you're mentally healthy, you're better able to cope with challenges and live a fulfilling life. And when you're spiritually healthy, you're connected to something larger than yourself and have a sense of purpose.

MYTH #3

Coaching is just about advice

At BOCO Life we believe coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client. The coach's role is to help the client to reach their full potential, not to tell them what to do. The client is the expert in their own life, and the coach's job is to help them to tap into their own wisdom and make their own decisions.
